Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: September 28, 2026

Who you are buying from

VidGate is operated by vsaasify.com. Subscriptions outside India are sold through a payments provider acting as merchant of record: they are the seller on your card statement and they handle payment, local sales tax and VAT. Indian subscriptions are processed in INR through Razorpay. Whichever route you used, write to us first at support@vsaasify.com and we will handle it with the provider on your behalf.

Try before you are charged

Paid tiers begin with a 14-day trial. Nothing is charged during it, and cancelling before it ends costs you nothing. The metadata approval pipeline — proposals, diffs, approvals, pushes and rollback — is free permanently and needs no subscription at all, so you can run real work through VidGate before deciding. One trial per person and per channel.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from your dashboard, or by emailing support@vsaasify.com from the address on the account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not end your current period. You keep full access until the period you have already paid for runs out, and we do not bill you again.

Refunds within 14 days

If VidGate is not right for you, tell us within 14 days of a monthly or annual payment and we will refund it in full. You do not need to justify the request.

That applies as long as the subscription has not been materially used, which means both of the following are still true:

  • no video has been published to YouTube from your workspace, and
  • you have uploaded less than 25 GB to your vault.

Those are deliberately concrete so nobody has to argue about the word “unused”. 25 GB is far more than anyone needs to judge whether this works, and a publish is the point at which we have actually done the thing you paid for — it reaches your live channel and spends one of the day's limited YouTube upload slots, neither of which can be taken back.

Past either line within those 14 days, write to us anyway. We look at it case by case and will often refund part of it.

Refunds after 14 days

Monthly: we do not refund part of a month already under way. Cancel and you will not be billed again.

Annual: write to us. If you have barely used the year, we would rather refund the unused whole months than keep money you did not get value from. We decide these case by case and we lean toward the customer.

Something went wrong at our end: if a failure of ours cost you the service — a publish that could not run, sustained downtime, a charge you did not authorise — we refund it regardless of timing and regardless of the limits above. Tell us what happened.

Metered storage: usage beyond your vault is billed for storage already consumed, so it is not refundable once incurred. You can see your usage in the dashboard before it accrues, and uploads stop at your quota rather than silently spending.

How a refund is made

Email support@vsaasify.com from the address on the account and say which charge you mean. We reply within three business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through whichever provider took the payment, and usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. We cannot refund to a different card or account.

Please ask us before disputing a charge with your bank. A dispute costs us more than the subscription does on our smaller plans, takes weeks, and locks the account while it runs — where an email usually ends with your money back the same week. Raising a chargeback without contacting us first will suspend the workspace while we deal with it.

What happens to your videos

Nothing we do reaches into your YouTube channel. Videos already published stay published and remain entirely yours — cancelling VidGate does not unpublish, alter or delete anything on YouTube, and we never call YouTube's delete endpoint at all.

Cut files still sitting in your VidGate vault are a different matter. After a subscription ends we keep them for 14 days so you can download anything you still need, and then delete them. If the subscription ended in a refund, that window does not apply and vault files are removed at once — a refund means the service ended rather than paused. Your metadata history stays on the free tier either way.

Fair use of this policy

The terms above are written to be easy to use in good faith, which only works if they are not farmed. So:

  • one no-questions refund per customer;
  • no refund where we end an account for breach of the acceptable use terms;
  • we may decline a request where the pattern shows the service was bought in order to be consumed and returned — repeated trials across accounts or channels, or a subscription taken, filled and refunded.

If we decline, we will tell you why in plain terms rather than going quiet on you.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law, including the right of withdrawal available to consumers in the EU and UK. Where local law gives you more than this policy does, local law applies.
