Terms of Service
Last updated: September 28, 2026
The service
VidGate ("we", "us"), operated by vsaasify.com, provides an approval workflow for YouTube channels: editors propose metadata changes and thumbnails and upload video cuts for review, and channel owners review each proposal and push or publish approved changes to YouTube. By creating an account or accepting a workspace invite, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
YouTube API Services
VidGate uses YouTube API Services. By using VidGate you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's privacy practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Accounts and roles
Channel owners connect a YouTube channel they control and are responsible for every change they approve and push. Editors act only within workspaces they were invited to, hold no YouTube credential through VidGate, and are responsible for the content of the drafts they submit. Keep your sign-in email secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
Don't use VidGate to violate YouTube's policies, infringe others' rights, push misleading or unlawful metadata, probe or disrupt the service, or access data that isn't yours. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
Metadata you draft, files you upload (video cuts and thumbnails), and review discussion you post remain yours. You grant us the limited right to store, process, and transmit them solely to operate the service — including sending approved changes and publishing approved files to YouTube on the owner's instruction. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.
Beta, warranties, liability
VidGate is provided "as is", currently as a beta. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Termination
You can stop using VidGate at any time — disconnect your channel, revoke access in Google security settings, or ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end the service for breach of these terms or discontinue the beta with reasonable notice.
Changes, law, contact
We may update these terms and will note the date above; continued use after a change is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: support@vsaasify.com.
